Welcome to Querid.app (“Service”), operated by QuerID (“QuerID”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Service Description

Querid.app provides secure mobile Driver’s License (mDL) verification and age verification services primarily for law enforcement agencies, government entities, and authorized organizations.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a government agency, law enforcement organization, or authorized commercial entity.
• Use of the Service for personal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

5. Data Usage, Retention & Privacy

We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. Our data practices are as follows:

• Data Usage: Data collected through the Service is used solely for providing mDL verification, age verification, and related law enforcement services.
• Data Retention: We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by applicable law. Upon request, we will delete data where possible, subject to legal obligations.
• No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or share personal or mDL data with third parties for marketing or any commercial purposes unrelated to the Service.
• Legal Compliance: All data handling complies with applicable federal and state laws, including the Driver Privacy Act and relevant mDL regulations.

6. Fees and Payment

Pricing and billing terms are available on our pricing page or as agreed in a separate contract. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuerID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
